Refunds

All orders will be considered final when placed by the customer. Requests for order cancellation must be made in writing to the owner of this site and state the reason why the order is to be cancelled. If payment has already processed funds will be refunded minus PayPal charges.

Returns

No returns will be accepted unless to replace items damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping the customer will incur return shipping charges, but a replacement will be sent at no additional cost once the returned item is received.

Unfortunately we must be very strict about this policy due to the problem of photocopying.

License. When you access downloadable digital content (“Digital Edition“) from DGA Editions, a division of Digital Guitar Archive (“DGA“), DGA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download such Digital Editions to your computer solely for your personal use. Permission is granted for storage by the user on a computer or similar device, printing for personal use only, and private or public performance. Reproduction of the Digital Edition for print distribution which constitutes less than a single page is allowed for scholarly purposes only. DGA as the source must be cited with the published Digital Edition excerpt. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute or use the Digital Edition in any other manner. You shall not sell, transfer, lease, modify or distribute the Digital Edition in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. Do not (A) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Digital Edition or attempt to do so; or (B) modify the Digital Edition or create any derivative works therefrom. This license to the Digital Edition will continue for as long as your copy of Digital Edition exists pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Digital Editions are only available from the DGA website and online store. Any other sources of these Digital Editions are not allowed and are in breach of this Agreement.

REPRODUCTION OR USE OF THE DIGITAL EDITION IN A MANNER OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT MAY SUBJECT YOU AND OTHERS TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES.
