A. T. Huerta plagiarizing Sor
After the publication of the book “A. T. Huerta Life and Works” in 2006 by Javier Suárez-Pajares and myself, we continued researching Huerta references and music. Recently I discovered an edition in Harvard Library with an unusual twist.

The Takei Music Library
Below are translations from the Japan Mandolin Union bulletins in 1990 and 1991 detailing the depositing of the Takei Music Library in the Kunitachi College of Music in Tokyo, Japan. Please see my earlier articles on Morishige Takei, an incomplete listing of the contents while it was held by others, and some additional details I learned from Kunitachi librarians.

Luigi Castellacci works
Below is the current state of my research on the works for guitar by Luigi Castellacci (1797-1845). It is still very rough with a number of duplicated opus numbers. Any rows without a library location have been found via printed references either in journals, newspapers or publishers’ lists. Any rows with only opus numbers have not been found or perhaps might be music for harp which I have not researched yet.

Scheit Archive
The Scheit Archive as cataloged by Stefan Hackl is now available in the Archive Search. Details about the rare items in the archive are available on his site Gitarre-Archiv Österreich and some good background on Scheit and the archive is available in this Classical Guitar article. The Scheit Archive is currently housed at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst (MdW).
